As a video editor you may find yourself using stock music clips that are too long or too short for your purposes. You may want to adjust the length to match part or all of your project. PowerDirector has a tool called Smart Fit for Duration that allows you to automate the process. It may not be as precise as editing with Audio Director, but in many cases it can give you a passable solution without a huge investment in time.
